A) There is no fee to submit.
B) We will be accepting submissions in two categories.
1) intended for a "gallery setting" these videos will be looped with a stationary projector and played throughout.
2) intended for a "theatre setting" these videos will be between 5-20 min in length and intended to watched in isolation. Anyone submitting to this setting will also have the opportunity to modify the space in whatever way they might choose and are encouraged to think of the film as a sort of "performance."
Some examples that would be acceptable:
You could choose to project it in on to two walls that face each other and start one approx 2 min apart from the other.
You could ask that an audience member dress up as an antlered beast and make grunting noises every 26 seconds for the duration of the film, etc.
You could have a person, in full drag, singing the national anthem out of tune.
