A one night festival with screenings that, in one way or another, understand film as a sort of performance. Film submissions will be accepted in two catagories: (a) Films (limit of 15 min each) that are to be screened in a "theatre-esque environment and (b) films intended to be viewed in a gallery setting on a loop.
The actual space will be divided into two rooms. Room (a) will have seats and multiple projectors (at least three) with the rest of the room to be determined by the artist.
Room (b) will have four standing projectors with sound that will remain on for the duration of the film.
In terms of schedule room (a) will have specified times for shows. The screenings will start shortly after gallery hop has ended approx 10pm.
A total of 8 submission will be accepted with the accepted entries to be decided on a semi competitive basis via a review panel consisting of three judges that are yet to be determined.
A variety of media will be encouraged (i.e, both film and video submissions).
